Games Baccarat Bets
All players make bets before the start of the game. Traditionally players use chips to place their bets. The chips are stacked by denomination (, , , 0, 0) at the bottom of the game window. Clicking left mouse button on a chip will choose this chip for the bet. Clicking on the bet field will place the chosen chip on the table. If you want a higher wager add one more chip to that placed on the table. You can place as many chips as you have available without exceeding the maximum limit. Your wager is the sum of all the chips that you have placed on the table. Clicking right mouse button will withdraw your bet amount. ‘Bet’ section displays you bet amount. Your bet amount can be equal to the minimum bet or higher. If your bet is under the minimum bet amount it will be automatically increased to the minimum limit. Press the deal or Pass button to start. The banker and the player hands will receive 2 cards each. Cards have different value. In Baccarat the value of tens and face cards is 0. Aces are valued at 1. Numbered cards except tens are worth their face value. The total of the hand is the sum of the value of all cards in the hand. If the total value of the hand exceeds 9 then you have to subtract 10 from this total. If you have 8 and 7 (8+7=15 -10=5) the total of your hand is 5. When the first cards are dealt to the player and to the banker they can draw one more card. The player doesn’t ask for a third card. All additional cards are subject to a "Third Card Rule". Neither the banker nor the player can be dealt more than three cards. When two or three cards are dealt the banker’s and the dealer’s total are compared. If the banker’s and the player’s total are equal the hand is called a tie. In the case of tie neither the banker nor the player loses or wins. The total 8 or 9 is called “natural 9”. In the case of a “natural” hand after receiving first two cards no more cards shall be dealt either to the banker or tot the player. If the value of the cards in the Banker's hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the Player's hand shall draw in accordance with the "Third Card Rules".
It is not a secret that Baccarat variations differ from each other in some way. And in all of them the role of the bank is played differently, by different people, who are in the game. In Baccarat Chemin de Fer different players play the role of the banker, which passes form player to player in the clockwise direction every time the shooter loses. The banker will be provided with funds by the bank. The role of the banker can be passed to the next player. The objective of the game always remainds the same for all Baccarat games. The player has to form a hand as close to 9 as possible. The player, who plays the role of the banker, deals each player four cards, then the cards are turned over and their value is summed. If your total is lower than 5 you’d better draw, if the total is 5 or higher you’d better stand. Then the banker compares all the hands and the player with the closest to 9 hand is the winner and he gets paid.
There is no much difference between Mini Baccarat and regular Baccarat. The main feature is lower betting limits and more relaxed atmosphere. Players can wear what they like.
The Mini Baccarat table is smaller than the one used in classic baccarat. Mini Baccarat table is of the same size as Blackjack table. Up to 7 players can seat at the table at the same time.
Chip stacks, Commission Boxes, Tie betting area, Banker betting area, Player betting area, The Shoe are the areas on Mini Baccarat table. There are three betting areas in front of each player. Bets on player hand can be placed in the red circle. Bets on the banker hand can be placed in the yellow circle. To make a bet on a tie the player has to place the bet on the white number. It can be found above the yellow circle.
The dealer’s seat is opposite the players. There is a chip rack in front of him and numbered area used to keep track of the commission that the players owe. This is the number for every active player. It corresponds to the number of the player’s seat. A central position of the croupier allows him to reach all areas on the table. In the Mini Baccarat the rituals of passing the shoe are missing and the dealer is always the Banker and the Players never touch the cards.
All other rules are exact the same as in the large game. There are betting rules according to which players make their bets. Croupier deals four cards face-up, two to the "Player" hand and two to the "Banker" hand. Then the hands are compared. According to the outcome the dealer takes the losing bets and pays out winning ones. On the winning "Banker" hand Croupier pays 1 to 1 and makes notes of the commission that the players owe, which is collected when the player leaves the table.
