The role of the bank can be played differently and this the main difference between different Baccarat variations. If you play Baccarat Chemin de Fer you will notice that the role of the bank is played by different players. The banker position passes clockwise from player to player every time the banker loses. The house, however, provides the banker with funds throughout the game. A player may, if he or she wishes, pass up the opportunity to be the banker; in which case, it simply passes to the next person. The objective of each version of the game is the same: to reach 9. In Chemin de Fer, the banker deals four cards for each of the players and for himself; each participant now turns over the cards and adds the numbers on each together. If your total is lower than 5 you’d better draw, if the total is 5 or higher you’d better stand. The total of the hands is then compared and the player with the best hand (closest to 9) wins.

There is no much difference between Mini Baccarat and regular Baccarat. The main feature is lower betting limits and more relaxed atmosphere. Players can wear what they like.
The Mini Baccarat table is smaller than the one used in classic baccarat. Mini Baccarat table is of the same size as Blackjack table. Up to 7 players can seat at the table at the same time.
Chip stacks, Commission Boxes, Tie betting area, Banker betting area, Player betting area, The Shoe are the areas on Mini Baccarat table. Each player has three betting areas in front of him corresponding to his seat. Red circle is to bet on the player hand. Bets on the banker hand can be placed in the yellow circle. White number just above the yellow circle is to bet on a tie.
The dealer’s seat is opposite the players. In the dealer’s area there is a chip rack and a numbered area to keep track of the commission of the players. The numbers correspond to the number of the players' seats at the table. A central position of the croupier allows him to reach all areas on the table. In the Mini Baccarat the rituals of passing the shoe are missing and the dealer is always the Banker and the Players never touch the cards.
The rules are the same as inregular Baccarat game. Players make bets according to the Betting Rules. After the bets are made the dealer deals two cards to the dealer’s and two cards to the player’s hand. Then the dealer compares the hands. According to the outcome the dealer takes the losing bets and pays out winning ones. On the winning "Banker" hand Croupier pays 1 to 1 and makes notes of the commission that the players owe, which is collected when the player leaves the table.
