Neither the banker nor the player can be dealt more than three cards. When two or three cards are dealt the banker’s and the dealer’s total are compared. If the banker’s and the player’s total are equal the hand is called a tie. In the case of tie neither the banker nor the player loses or wins. The total 8 or 9 is called “natural 9”. In the case of a “natural” hand after receiving first two cards no more cards shall be dealt either to the banker or tot the player. If the value of the cards in the Banker's hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the Player's hand shall draw in accordance with the "Third Card Rules".
